Wolf Creek was a great haunt. I am partial to outdoor events, so I was pretty excited before I got there, but I was blown away! A guy in my group that never gets scared jumped 3 times. It was hilarious. The actors there are very good and I think that as the season progresses, they will hone their timing and get even better. Thanks Wolf Creek for the screams, the scares, and the nightmares. Job well done.
i was there on september 24,25 i waited in a 50 foot line for over 2 hours I thank the haunt could really use some work.
I appreciate all the votes we are getting this year so far. We are definitely still learning as time goes on. This is only our second season and I think we have put together some great stuff this year. I am glad to see the turn outs and the progress!!!
John, this could have only have happened on Friday night where we had some major issues inside the haunted house that was causing us not to send groups through fast enough. I do apologize for you wait and assure you the issue was corrected after the first night

Went to the Wolf Creek on Saturday night and had a blast. We had a group of 10 that could not even walk we were so scared. 2 of our group left after the first scene because they could not handle it. We had such a blast and the horror movie themes were awesome. We felt right in the movies in some scene. The crazy miners was a great scene. Kudos to Wolf Creek for a great show!!! Keep it up
Falling down from Michael Myers chasing me and the Clowns were awesome. I actually thought the gun was shooting bullets. Great staff and great haunt. Will be back next year for sure!!!
Pleasantly surprised how this haunt progressed from the 1st year to the next. They got rid of all the dead space between scenes and added a lot of quality things. We paid the speed pass last night and was in the haunt in 10 min. Actors really made the haunt come alive. Made for a fun night!
I went last night with two 13 year old boys who thought they were so brave. I believe they wet their drawers. It was a really good haunted forest and I would go again and again!!!!

went to Wolf Creek last Friday with our DR group of 11 and was NOT impressed. I do not think having to pay an additional $5 on top of the cost you have already paid to “jump line” for a 15 minute walk through is fair, nor is making the other people in line wait longer for the line jumpers. We stood in line for nearly 2 hours for a really pitiful 15 minute walk through that was totally lame and almost missed our 2nd haunt. The website makes it out to be so cool and exciting and we saw 2 shirtless guys with wolf masks run through at one point. Really? I will not return and if the DR people are true to their word, they won’t take it back next year.
Checked out Wolf Creek last year and this year both. If you are an outdoor haunt enthusiast and love horror and syfy films you will appreciate this haunt. They are still growing and what I have seen, it will only get better as the years progress. Took us over 20 minutes to walk through with our group of 10. We were there this past Friday at around midnight and waited about an hour in line, which is fine by me. I expect to wait in line on a busy night at a haunt. Good thing about waiting was watching the two clowns, one with a huge head and another with a chainsaw scaring the crap out of guests. Very funny indeed. Overall great experience inside and out. Keep up the haunting good work Wolf Creek.
We had a group of four people who went through on Oct. 22 this was a very scary haunt. They made sure everyone in the group got their scare. Costumes were amazing! The hard work and dedacation the actors put in was incredible. There were scenes from movies that you actually felt u were in the movie. Can’t wait to go back next year. Keep up the good work!! The price was reasonable for how much time and effort they had to put in and all thier hard work really showed!!
Wolf Creek Haunted Forest was a great experience for me and my 4 kids that I brought, except my two daughters had to be escorted out only after a couple scenes
My other two sons, ages 10 and 14 were definitely frightend all the way through. I saw scenes that I have never seen done in other haunts I have been to. I will definitely be back next year!!
I had heard some negative things about this, and I am trying to figure out what people didn’t like about this place. I really enjoyed this haunted forest. It’s good to see actors chase you for hundreds of feet and not just jump out from behind a wall. Predator was just a killer scene all around!! The costume was amazing and that goes for The Alien scene as well. never been to an attraction that had live actors playing those parts. Most of the time it is just statues, so that was great. In what i think was a Mine town or mine shaft, when the room started vibrating and shaking, i thought the walls were gonna come crashing down….Jigsaw actually caused the whole group of girls that were in front of me to fall down to the ground before we even got into the tent. I could understand if you had a really really big group that some of the people might miss the scare, but over all for 2 years in business, this haunt seems to be heading to be a major contender in the coming years. Went to Wolf Creek Haunted Forest for the first time this year, and I was blown away. The Project Alpha scene was first rate, and cutting edge, plenty scares to be had. I can’t wait to bring my friends back next time!
Wolf Creek Haunted Forest was one of the 5 haunted attractions we have been to this year and by far it has been the best! they def stepped it up majorly from last year and theres a scare around every corner. im a hard one to frighten and i have to admit i screamed 3 times and jumped alot! it was great fun project alpha was an awesome new add on and just overall a great scary time i will def go back and take more friends before this year is over! Great job guys!
My husband and I went to Wolf Creek Haunted Forest this weekend (9/24/11) and we loved it. We drove all the way down from Cincinnati and were not disappointed. There was something for everyone, no matter what scares you (clowns, monsters, zombies, etc). It is definitely better than your run of the mill haunted house where you just walk though a building. They have both outside and inside portions of Haunt. A group before our group had to quit 1/3 of the way through because a girl was so scared she was having a panic attack. I have been to several haunted houses in Louisville and Cincinnati and this one is by far the best! I will be back.
I have been to a few worked at a few and by far in scene and character selection this is the best haunted forest by far.I would recommended to any one.
I went to last night to Wolf Creek and have to say this is a must see! A big step from last year….and I have to say Louisville now has a bad ass forest haunt. Everytime you looked around there was something in your face with a good scare. The Project Alpha part was wicked and sick so two thumbs up there. And again loved the gore of the forest. As for the the WareWolf……well lets just say you have to see for yourself its a must. Cause to make me jump as many times as I did….somebody is doing something right. Loved all the details with the scenes and how the actors were awsome!!!! Again a must see haunt for this year…..
First time at this haunted forest since it opened, and I was very happy with it. For my group and I, we loved that our group wasn’t rushed through the haunt. With a Group of 9, we didn’t have people in-front or behind us ruining the experience. We got to experience wolf creek at our own pace and it was worth the wait in line. The wolf in the cage is a must see costume. See you next year.
My friends and I had a blast! Every scene was exciting and the costumes were scary! Loved the zombies and the giant wolf was awesome. Most of the actors were very conviencing
the only part that i didnt like was the bridge at the end where my fiance and I both fell. Over all it was a good expierence and we would love to return again.
Well folks went through Wolf Creek Haunted Forest over the weekend and have to say…IT ROCKED!!! The haunt is really cool experience! I really like the new Project Alpha haunt that was added this year. It is a very different experience. I really liked all the new things that were added to the haunt this year as well. The haunt has lots of detail this year as well as awsome actors to back it all up. I must say this year is pretty AWSOME!!! Great Job Kevin keep up the good work! And Louisville…GET OFF THE COUCH AND CHECK IT OUT!!! THIS HAUNT IS A MUST SEE!!!!!
went to wolf creek haunted forest two fridays in a row!! this is a number one scare fest!! awesome scenes. the actors give it their all in each scene. the movie themes are great. they are thought out well. the costumes the make up are great too. there were so many sceams, jumping, and panicing it was great. i even was scared. i worked in a house for years so it takes a lot for me!! i was thrilled that i was jumping along with everyone else!! thanks for such a good time. AND THE SCARES!! everyone needs to check this haunt out! you will not be sorry! happy haunting!!
This was a really great experience for me. We went here after nightmare forest, and while that was cool, this was absolutely terrifying. Next year I will come here first!!!!
